No cross-border transfers: pisogame processes and stores player data within data centre infrastructure located in the Philippines or in jurisdictions providing an equivalent level of data protection. Complex requests may take up to thirty (30) business days where additional processing is required.
The pisogame Platform is strictly prohibited to individuals under the age of twenty-one (21) years. pisogame does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21. Account registration requires submission of a government-issued ID to confirm both identity and age — any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated personal data will be deleted or anonymised, except to the extent that retention is required for regulatory reporting purposes.
If you are the parent or guardian of a minor who has accessed the Platform without authorisation, please contact pisogame support immediately so that the Account can be suspended and the matter reported to PAGCOR as required under pisogame's licensing obligations.
