These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pisogame ("pisogame", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pisogame.bio and all associated subdomains and mobile-accessible versions thereof ("Platform", "Service").
By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the pisogame Platform — including browsing game content, depositing funds, placing bets, or redeeming bonuses — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with pisogame's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

Important: These Terms apply to all users of pisogame, including registered players, visitors who have not created an account, and any individual who accesses any portion of the Platform from within or outside the Republic of the Philippines.
The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall carry the meanings set out below:
Strict 21+ Age Requirement. Access to real-money games on pisogame is restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with PAGCOR's licensing conditions for casino-category online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active pisogame Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
pisogame reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (passport, driver's license, PhilSys national ID, UMID, SSS ID, or PRC ID). Any Account found to have been registered by or used by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended, all associated balances will be frozen pending investigation, and winnings derived from underage play will be forfeited. pisogame will report such cases to PAGCOR as required under its licensing obligations.
Each User may hold only one (1) pisogame Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and agrees to notify pisogame promptly of any changes to your registration details.
In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), pisogame is required to verify the identity and age of all users prior to processing any deposit or withdrawal transaction. Verification is completed by submitting a clear, legible copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID alongside a proof of address document where required.
Full account privileges — including real-money deposits, game access, and withdrawal processing — are suspended until KYC verification has been approved. pisogame aims to complete verification within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of document submission during normal business operations.
pisogame employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect duplicate registrations. Indicators including but not limited to shared IP addresses, shared payment methods, shared device fingerprints, or shared personal identification details may result in a duplicate account investigation. pisogame's determination in such matters is final and binding.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pisogame Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
pisogame will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from pisogame and requesting your password or other sensitive credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
pisogame accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain Account security, including losses resulting from unauthorized access where pisogame has not been notified in a timely manner.
All deposits to pisogame Accounts are denominated and processed in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). pisogame currently accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Individual payment providers may impose their own minimum and maximum transaction limits, which are displayed at the point of transaction and may supersede pisogame's platform-level minimums.
You warrant that all funds deposited to your pisogame Account originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used. Deposits made using third-party payment methods — i.e., payment instruments registered in another person's name — are prohibited. pisogame may request source-of-funds documentation as part of its anti-money laundering compliance procedures.
Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your Account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PesoNet are subject to the processing times of the originating financial institution and may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account.
If a deposit does not appear in your Account within the expected processing window, please contact pisogame support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to process a duplicate deposit before confirming the status of the original transaction.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from a fully KYC-verified Account. Withdrawal proceeds will be remitted exclusively to a payment instrument registered in the same name as the pisogame Account holder — cross-name withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
pisogame targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes, measured from the time a withdrawal request is approved:
Withdrawal of Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds is subject to the satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion, as set out in the promotional terms applicable to the specific bonus. Real-money funds deposited by the User that are not subject to any bonus or promotional condition may be withdrawn at any time without wagering requirements, subject to standard KYC and security checks.
Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. If a pisogame Account remains inactive — meaning no login, deposit, or bet activity — for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months, the Account will be deemed dormant. An administrative maintenance fee of ₱200 per calendar month may be deducted from any remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Players are notified by email prior to a dormancy fee being applied.
pisogame offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms displayed at the time of opt-in.
New player welcome bonuses are available exclusively to first-time registered players who have completed KYC verification. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Welcome bonuses cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

pisogame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
You may request the closure of your pisogame Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to a nominated payment method registered in the player's name, subject to standard AML checks.
All content on the pisogame Platform — including but not limited to software code, game graphics and soundtracks, logos, trademarks, user interface design, text content, and promotional materials — is the property of pisogame or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of pisogame.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pisogame and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:
pisogame's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit pisogame's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
This Agreement and all disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and applicable PAGCOR regulatory issuances.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through pisogame's internal dispute resolution procedure shall be referred first to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism for online gaming disputes, and thereafter to the courts of competent jurisdiction within Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of these Terms.
pisogame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email to the address on file and/or by a notice displayed on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2 of these Terms.
